    Job Description

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Business Analyst to join our digital media operations team. This role focuses on delivering video content to Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPDs), managing on-demand assets, and supporting post-release operations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, streamline reporting, and ensure seamless content delivery across platforms.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate delivery of video content (movies, shows, PPV) to MVPDs across multiple platforms

     

    Define and document functional and technical requirements for content delivery systems

     

    Engage with partners to gather feedback, resolve issues, and improve delivery workflows

     

    Manage title metadata, artwork, and content specs for accurate and timely release

     

    Oversee post-release reporting, reconciliation, and issue tracking

     

    Analyze incoming requests and collaborate with engineering to scope and implement solutions

     

    Support content operations including ingestion, validation, and troubleshooting

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in media or entertainment

     

    Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

     

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)

     

    Strong analytical skills with experience in digital media and content delivery systems

     

    Familiarity with Cable Labs standards and MVPD workflows

     

    Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting

     

    Experienced with Jira, Confluence, and documentation best practices

     

    Comfortable diagramming workflows and presenting findings to stakeholders

     

    Adept at cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement

     

    Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to manage operational escalations
