Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Remote SAP Printer/VPSX Technician for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will be joining an existing team responsible for implementing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting issues related to a VPSX software, SAP software, and printers across the world. This person will be responsible for configuration changes to SAP/VPSX for new sites or printers, troubleshooting of new tickets for tier 1 issues, and escalation of tier 2/3 issues to the larger team as needed. This person should have experience supporting SAP solutions, ideally focused on printing, and excellent communication.
