    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic division of a globally recognized, publicly traded company. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a large organization while working in a specialized team focused on distributing ice machines to the food and beverage industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage full-cycle inside sales, including:

    Processing orders and verifying POS details

     

    Confirming pricing and creating shipping orders

     

    Handling accounts receivable (collections, receivables management)

     

    Provide customer support and assist with AP tasks (answering phones, resolving inquiries).

     

    Review and maintain accurate sales reporting to ensure data integrity.

     

    Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain a strong sense of urgency.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -1-2 years of Inside sales or office administration background

     

    -Experience with full cycle administrative work- ordering account receivables, creating shipping orders, working on receivable management, collections, etc

     

    -Strong sense of urgency and extremely detail oriente4d
