To support this expansion, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing who can design and execute strategies that fuel pipeline growth and drive measurable ROI.
The Director of Growth Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing integrated growth strategies to generate pipeline, accelerate customer acquisition, and improve retention. This role requires a collaborative leader who thrives on experimentation, is data-driven, and understands how to build campaigns — from nurture to ABM — that resonate with enterprise and commercial audiences.

• Data-Driven: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; adept at turning insights into action.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep experience across paid media, SEO, email, social, and account-based marketing.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), Salesforce, ABM platforms, and web analytics.
• Creativity & Agility: Ability to experiment, adapt, and deliver innovative campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience: 5–10 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
