Are you an Accounts Superstar looking for a new challenge? PDS Tech is searching for a Project Key Accounts Assistant for one of our manufacturing clients in Shrewsbury Massachusetts.

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented **Key Account Support Assistant** . This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer support and account management while learning the inner workings of a global organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Key Account Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support. Your daily responsibilities will include:

+ Providing quotation support to customers and global sales offices, making pricing decisions within your level of authority.

+ Reviewing and processing customer orders from Key Accounts and Global Sales Offices.

+ Responding promptly and professionally to customer and internal inquiries, including quotations, orders, and returns.

+ Coordinating with sales representatives and operations teams to track order status and maintain delivery timelines.

+ Assisting Account Managers, Customer Service, and Project teams in managing communications with key strategic accounts.

+ Supporting inter-company quotation requests and purchase orders for other supply centers.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities across departments.

+ Experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in business systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

+ Prior experience supporting sales or account management functions.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
