• RN Rehabilitation Clinical Liaison

    On With Life (Ankeny, IA)


    Currently seeking a full-time RN Rehabilitation Clinical Liaison to help our Referral and Admissions department facilitate the admission of individuals to On With Life's programs, answer referral questions, and develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.

    Position Highlights :

    + Hours:8am-5pm

    + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Periodic weekends for conferences or other events.

    + Location: Officed out of our Ankeny, IA campus. Moderate travel including occasional overnights.

    Under the direction of our Director of Referrals and Admissions and in collaboration with other team members, primary responsibilities of the RN Rehabilitation Clinical Liaison include but are not limited to:

    + Conducting pre-admission evaluations on referred individuals to determine appropriateness for admission.

    + Conducting reviews to understand market referral patterns, and maintaining an up-to-date referral and funding source database.

    + Coordinating tours for persons referred to OWL, as well as referral sources.

    + Representing OWL at external conferences, and identifying new networking opportunities with referral sources.

    Qualified applicants must have:

    + Professional licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Iowa

    + The ability to travel, including operating a motor vehicle on behalf of On With Life
