    The Opportunity

     

    As an Enterprise SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value sellers across multiple categories. You’ll manage a combination of self-sourced and company-generated leads, using research, enrichment, and multi-channel outreach to generate opportunities that drive Walmart Marketplace growth.

     

    This is not a high-volume dialing role — it’s a strategic prospecting role where curiosity, tenacity, and creativity matter as much as activity. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the front end of Walmart’s enterprise sales motion.

    What You’ll Do

    + Own a blended pipeline — drive outbound prospecting for self-sourced opportunities while managing and qualifying inbound, company-generated leads.

    + Conduct cold calls and cold emails to introduce Walmart Marketplace and create interest among potential sellers.

    + Perform contact and account enrichment — researching, identifying, and verifying decision-makers within target organizations.

    + Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to manage your pipeline, track engagement, and expand account intelligence.

    + Multi-thread accounts by connecting with multiple stakeholders across eCommerce, operations, marketing, and leadership.

    + Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies to drive meaningful engagement and qualify high-quality opportunities.

    + Collaborate with Enterprise Business Development Managers to align on target account strategy and ensure seamless handoffs.

    + Work with Marketing and Enablement teams to provide insights on lead quality, enrichment gaps, and campaign optimization.

    + Analyze your outreach performance to continuously improve prospecting efficiency, response rates, and conversion metrics.

    What You’ll Bring

    + 1–2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound prospecting role.

    + Proven success generating and qualifying both inbound and self-sourced leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and research-driven outreach.

    + Strong enrichment and research skills — able to identify the right contacts, uncover decision-makers, and build comprehensive account profiles.

    + Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (or similar CRM and data platforms).

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage persuasively and professionally across multiple organizational levels.

    + High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and resourcefulness — you thrive on taking initiative and owning your pipeline.

    + Organized, analytical, and adaptable — comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

    + Familiarity with eCommerce, B2B, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

     

    Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
