    What You'll Do

     

    We’re looking for a Senior Process Improvement Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead and mentor process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer outcomes. Your work will involve identifying opportunities for improvement, modeling business processes and decisions, and analyzing data and performance metrics to inform strategic solutions.

     

    + Provide leadership in the identification and execution of process improvement opportunities in the areas of people, process, technology, and automation.

    + Perform process management analysis and design on often complex efforts to meet business strategy, working towards outstanding customer experience and operational excellence opportunities.

    + Influence senior leaders and departmental teams to inspire change.

    + Think strategically and transformationally in seeking the best opportunities to improve performance.

    + Drive data needs for process metrics and ongoing management of process health.

    + Work independently on multiple efforts with limited oversight by leadership.

    Who You Are

    + Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant professional experience

    + 4+ years of experience in a business process improvement role

    + Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, innovative-thinking, and communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate group discussions and gather insights effectively

    + Skilled at conceptualizing and analyzing complex problems, understanding their organizational impact, and applying creative solutions

    + Excel at building relationships, fostering collaboration, and navigating matrixed environments

    + Ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guides others through change

    Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:

    + Certification or educational background in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Process Design

    + Understanding of financial services

    + Experience supporting and influencing both technology and business teams

    + Technical proficiency including understanding of automation technologies

     

    Salary Range Information

     

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

     

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

     

    $81900 - $147600 / year

     

    Time Off Program

     

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

    Work Environments

     

    This role offers remote, in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) in Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
