    **Schedule:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

    **Duration:** Temporary (approximately 4 months, due to business increase)

    **Training:** First week on 1st shift

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Assembly Operator I** to join our **UltraFast Assembly** team. In this role, you’ll support production by operating semi-automatic and automatic assembly equipment, ensuring quality standards are consistently met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare and set up machines for the assembly process.

    + Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines safely and efficiently.

    + Load reels of strip terminals and housings onto assembly equipment.

    + Perform fine machine adjustments to properly align mating parts.

    + Clear jams, inspect finished parts, and ensure product quality.

    + Prepare and move completed reels or materials to designated areas within the facility.

    Qualifications

    + Ability to use inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, and gauges (training provided).

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions.

    + High energy, reliable, and eager to learn new manufacturing processes.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    + Able to lift and carry up to 37 lbs.

    + Able to push up to 34.5 lbs and pull up to 39.5 lbs.

    + Frequent standing and manual handling throughout the shift.
