Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Controller to support our Williamsburg, VA facility (80 employees). Relocation assistance is able to be provided to qualified candidates in the United States.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

Financial Oversight & Compliance

+ Responsible for the plant’s overall financial performance, including profit planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.

+ Ensure compliance with corporate financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.

+ Lead a strong culture of financial controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP and SOX requirements.

Operational Finance & Support

+ Monitor financial results and guide Global Financial Service teams on daily accounting operations.

+ Manage and coordinate month-end closing and support physical inventory processes.

+ Oversee fixed asset planning and management, and support MRP development and change management impacts.

Strategic Collaboration & Performance Improvement

+ Support the SIOP process to align operational targets and drive manufacturing productivity.

+ Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to provide financial leadership.

+ Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.

+ Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial accounting or controllership, ideally within manufacturing industries.
