Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.

+ Identify new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.

+ Act as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.

+ Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.

+ Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market/trend reports.

+ Perform a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ **Required Experience:** 2 years healthcare or business to business sales

+ **Preferred Experience:** Background in medical sales, ideally with experience in occupational health and workers’ compensation services. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is also preferred.

+ Required - Bachelors; Preferred - Bachelors - Marketing; Preferred - Masters

+ Required - Driver's License - State of Florida

_The territory covers Pinellas and Pasco counties with occasional out of area travel._
