Assistant Shift Operator
11:00pm -7:30am plus overtime as need
$21/hr + $3/hr shift premium

Job Summary
Support plant operations by operating process equipment and assisting the Plant Manager and Shift Operator. Ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and product quality. Serve as backup for the Shift Operator when needed.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate and monitor production equipment
+ Load and unload reactors
+ Oversee production floor in Shift Operator’s absence
+ Assist with employee training and daily production scheduling
+ Perform ERP system tasks and maintain production logs
+ Support routine equipment maintenance and repairs
+ Maintain chemical usage records and process quality samples
+ Verify order fulfillment before shipment
+ Help organize inventory and manage untreated/treated products
+ Coordinate daily shipping tasks and carrier communication
+ Promote safety, environmental compliance, and 5S plant organization
+ Clean equipment and follow housekeeping protocols
+ Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies
+ Operate forklift and other industrial equipment
Qualifications
+ High School diploma or GED (preferred)
+ 2+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
+ Strong documentation and organizational skills
+ Forklift certification and experience
