Our client, the technology services industry, is seeking a Break Fix Technician to join their team. As a Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the technical support team supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, resourcefulness, and excellent interpersonal skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Break Fix Technician

**Location:** All, MO

What's the Job?

+ Provide hardware support and related services for HP’s PC Products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.

+ Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.

+ Perform unit repairs and troubleshoot various hardware issues on printers and computers.

+ Manage critical service events and educate customers about technology solutions.

+ Interact with multiple levels of HP and customer management to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training preferred.

+ Technical and mechanical repair experience with hardware components.

+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

+ Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.

+ Onsite customer-facing experience and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
