Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Worker

**Location:** Hoosick Falls, NY

**Pay Range:** $19

**Shift:** Nights (10:30pm-7am)

What's the Job?

+ Operate production equipment and/or perform product cleaning processes

+ Move materials efficiently within the plant

+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

+ Control inventory of finished, scrap, and held goods, reordering as necessary

+ Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

+ Ability to operate mobile equipment safely

+ Basic knowledge of plant computer hardware and software

+ Willingness to learn and perform various jobs throughout the plant

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
