Manpower is looking for a Skilled Mechanic in the Charleston, WV area.

Compensation: Up to $15hr or $600 weekly with bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• What You’ll Be Doing

As a **Mechanic** , you’ll receive hands-on training to:

+ Disassemble, inspect, and repair industrial pumps

+ Fabricate custom components like baseplates and protective guards

+ Learn and perform stick welding (prior experience is a plus!)

+ Occasionally travel for trade shows and manufacturer training (2–3 days, twice a year)

+ Work in the field with a team to troubleshoot, install, or repair equipment

+ Contribute to daily shop operations—everyone pitches in!

**Work Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (we dismiss at 4:45 to beat traffic!)

**Location:** Charleston, WV

• What You Bring

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Valid Driver’s License

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Comfortable using power tools and driving a standard pickup truck

+ Willingness to learn welding and fabrication

+ Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
