    Our client, a leading distribution center in the logistics industry, is seeking Team Members to join their team as a Reach Truck Operator or Pallet Build Associate.     **Job Title:** Reach Truck Operator or Pallet Build Associate

    **Location:** Plainfield, IN

     

    Pay Range: $20.50 or $21.50

     

    **Shift:** First and Second shifts available

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Reach Truck Operator - Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move inventory within the warehouse

    + Pallet Build Associate - Build pallets according to specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment

    + Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

    + Perform quality checks on products and packaging

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Excellent work history and attendance required

    + Ability to operate reach trucks or experience in pallet building preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

    + Good communication and teamwork skills

    + Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
