Pay Ranges depend on Job Title, years of experience and eligibility for our compensation programs such as Pay-In-Lieu of Benefits (adds 11% to your base pay where applicable) and Shift Differentials.

PT, OT, SLP: $33.00 - $44.86 / Hour

COTA: $22.00 - $31.00 / Hour

RT: $30.60 - $42.14 / Hour

CNA: $17.50 - $24.40 / Hour

LPN: $28.00 - $41.31 / Hour

RN: $34.19 - $53.00 / Hour

Responsibilities

RN - Registered Nurse:

+ RN Team Leaders assist in ensuring the general health and well-being of our residents by providing direct nursing care. Direct nursing care of residents encompasses planning, developing, organizing, implementing assessing, and evaluating the care of residents to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

+ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are indispensable members of our interdisciplinary team and are charged with managing the daily clinical regimen of each resident and sub-acute patient. Our LPNs enjoy a unique opportunity to gain extensive clinical experience and provide advanced care in a home-like setting.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

+ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provide personal and nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents in Elderwood skilled nursing facilities (SNF). They are under the direction of a licensed nurse. State specific certification is required.

PT - Physical Therapist:

+ Physical Therapy team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing comprehensive and quality therapy services. This position is responsible for administering skilled physical therapy treatments ensuring that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.

SLP - Speech-Language Therapist:

+ Speech-Language Therapy team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by making recommendations for a speech-language therapy treatment plan, if necessary, and carrying out treatments as planned; conducting an audiometric screening of residents upon request and making recommendations for further audiology service.

Qualifications

(CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant):

+ Seventeen (17) years of age required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Employment Certificate/Permit required for 17 years of age.

+ Registration in the State Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) is required. Active on the State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment or misappropriation of property.

+ Training and work experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

+ Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel

+ Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing

+ Caring and respectful attitude towards residents

+ Physical stamina for constant activity required.

+ Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.

+ This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
