Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **n Escrow Assistant in Torrance, CA!**
Pay rate: $25/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 830a-530p or 9a-6p (TBD)

Our ideal **Escrow Assistant** must be able to:
+ Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings
+ Assists in clearing title and prepares residential escrow files for closing
+ Assists Escrow Offices with business development and customer service
+ Prepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and works up simple closing statements
+ May provide work direction to other escrow support staff
Education/Certification Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
Experience requirements for this **Escrow Assistant:**
+ 2+ years of Escrow experience
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Detail-oriented and well -organized
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Experience in handling complex residential transactions

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
