Adecco is hiring immediately for Machine Operators at a local client in Indianapolis, IN. Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $18.00-$22.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain various machinery to fabricate and modify parts according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

Requirements:
+ Associate degree preferred
+ 2+ years related work experience required
+ Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to approach challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
+ Collaborative and Adaptable Team Member
+ Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule:
+ 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
