    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician to conduct laboratory testing, focusing on concrete and soils. The role involves performing geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT), as well as various miscellaneous tests.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct laboratory concrete testing, including testing and breaking concrete cylinders.

    + Perform laboratory soils testing, with a focus on geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT).

    + Carry out miscellaneous testing as required.

    + Handle and lift samples weighing up to 50 pounds.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in laboratory testing methods, particularly in concrete and soil testing.

    + Ability to manage geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT).

    + Physical capability to lift and carry samples up to 50 pounds.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience working in a lab environment.

    + Knowledge of geotechnical testing procedures.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working solely in a laboratory setting, conducting various tests on concrete and soils. The position involves handling and lifting samples, necessitating physical strength and stamina.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
