• Program Manager, Aerospace And Defense

    Actalent (Macomb, MI)


    Aerospace military / defense contractor has an immediate need for a program manager. Tooling for aerospace would be ideal but not required.

     

    Manage project performance, cost, schedule

     

    Collaborate with internal teams for solutions and execution

     

    Maintain schedules, communicate status, and present issues

     

    Build customer relationships and manage change control

     

    Track risks/opportunities, conduct variance analysis

     

    Lead teams, facilitate meetings, ensure accountability

    Scope & Impact:

    Directly impacts project delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability

     

    Drives market share growth through performance

    Challenges & Pitfalls:

    Managing complex schedules and technical changes

     

    Navigating customer negotiations and scope changes

     

    Maintaining compliance and security clearance

    This is a Permanent position based out of Macomb, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
