    Description

    We are seeking an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our bustling downtown Dallas office. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive attitude to this dynamic role. As the face of the office, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.

    + Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    + Maintain the organization and appearance of the reception area, including arranging for maintenance and ensuring a positive first impression for guests.

    + Schedule and manage conference rooms, as well as coordinate meeting arrangements when necessary.

    + Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence.

    + Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate reorders to ensure availability.

    + Provide support to staff and various departments with special projects as assigned.

    + Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.

    Requirements

    Key Qualifications:

    + Proven work experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role preferred.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).

    + Professional appearance and demeanor.

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    + Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of office management practices is a plus.

    + Familiarity with office systems and equipment (e.g., office phone systems, scheduling software).
