Description We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Longwood, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position within a thriving company specializing in manufacturing electronic components used in aerospace and aviation. The ideal candidates will excel in delivering attentive, high-touch service to business clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with accuracy and care.

• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system.

• Maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing exceptional support tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Utilize Excel and other tools to manage and track customer information and orders.

• Handle customer concerns with high attention to detail, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.

• Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.

• Work on-site five days a week, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.

• Adapt to the needs of a growing company, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service within manufacturing or aviation industries is required.

• Familiarity with high-touch B2B customer service processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle complex customer issues with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in order entry and call management systems.

• Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are highly desirable.
