The Content Manager collaborates with the Legal and HR Advice Team, along with HR, Safety, Claims, Archbright University, IDEAL, iHR, and Marketing, to create, edit, and maintain relevant, up-to-date external and internal content. Takes ownership of content management by identifying both internal and external needs, producing useful materials, and ensuring regular updates aligned with departmental metrics, goals, and compliance requirements.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Solicit and edit, or write, high-quality content that distills complex topics into actionable resources or tools for members and clients. Provide content per due dates or schedule.
+ Monitor trends and compliance in employment law, safety, workplace training and human resources, including federal, state and local legal requirements by reviewing news sources, webinars and attending training sessions to stay current on assigned subject matters. Initiate timely content updates or other actions as appropriate.
+ Develop and maintain systems and processes for ensuring content is periodically reviewed for necessary updates. Hold meetings as needed, and/or facilitate ongoing meetings, to receive input from various Archbright stakeholders such as Workplace Law Group, Safety Team, HR Advice, HR Consulting, Archbright University and Marketing. Make changes and inform stakeholders.
+ Assist in developing, testing, and reviewing mozzo applications and new features, and provide detailed and actionable feedback.
+ Serve as a back-up for billable member work.
+ Remain active on LinkedIn with consistent posts on subject matter expertise.
+ Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Essential Qualifications for the Role:
+ High level of accountability and dedication to high-quality, accurate, and timely work product
+ Ability to work independently successfully run several projects at a time
+ Thorough and in-depth knowledge and fundamental understanding of HR, Safety and workplace training practices
+ Strong understanding of State and Federal employment regulations and safety regulations such as OSHA and state safety regulations. Ability to clearly write and articulate a host of complex HR, Safety, Training Content and business-related topics.

Duties:
+ Participate in Archbright connection and communication experiences including creating and working on quarterly objectives, 1:1s with manager, weekly check-in, and team, department, and company meetings.

Education and Experience:
+ Required: Bachelor’s Degree or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Preferred: Minimum seven years’ experience in exempt-level HR with a minimum of 12 months’ experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
+ Required: NA
+ Preferred: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or similar for HR.
Technical Skills:
+ Required: Excellent MS Office Suite experience, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Power Point
+ Preferred: SharePoint, PDF Editor

This is a hybrid role. Onsite presence is required for company events, meetings and team events, Occasional on site member work. 3%- 10%
Pay and Benefits:
The complete salary range for this position is $82,692-$115,774 with a hiring range of $89,310-$105,000 annually.
