    Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Based out of Viera, FL, this position is responsible for:

     

    + Coordinating the general office operations, and performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the Viera Campus medical providers.

    + Managing the calendar and schedules for the doctors including, intakes, admissions and treatment teams.

    + Directing and following up on medication authorizations and orders.

    + Ensuring timely completion of data input and documentation in Profiler.

    + Completing insurances and contract information for the medical providers.

    Position Details:

    Salary:** **_Starts at $17.50 / hour and is subject to increase based on relevant education and experience._

     

    Shifts: This is an in-person position, located at our Viera campus.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Minimum of a High School diploma _required_

    + Bachelor Degree in Social Services or Business Administration _preferred_ .

    Experience:

    + Two years' administrative experience in the medical/insurance field _required._

    + Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders, and/or IDD disorders _preferred_ .

    + Computer skills, excellent customer service and organizational skills _required._
