As an Analytics Specialist here at Solstice, you will be a vital contributor to our organization's data-driven decision-making processes. You will play a key role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making, audit and risk analytics, and drive optimization. Your responsibilities will encompass data analysis, reporting, and the development of risks and performance indicators.
In this role, you will impact our audit and enterprise risk teams by leveraging your data analysis skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring we meet our business objectives.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to optimize business performance
+ Identify trends and patterns to support decision making and strategic planning
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop data driven strategies and initiatives
+ Develop and maintain performance indicators and dashboards
+ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
+ Support audit and enterprise risk teams with other project requirements including GRC Tool implementation, Internal Audit Execution, and SOX Testing
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Proven track record of success in analytics or related roles
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,600 - $81,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
