Work location: Texas Health HEB, 1600 Hospital Pkwy, Bedford, TX 76022
Work hours: Full-Time: Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
Education
* H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Experience
* 3 Years of facilities experience with emphasis on healthcare required.
* 1 Year of supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
* DL - Driver's License required upon hire.
* CHFM - Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager Upon Hire preferred.
Skills:
* Supervisory skills, organizational skills, sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational background.
* Team player, articulate, able to relate to people at all levels.
* Good educator willing to share information and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge energy efficiency and sustainability practices, and industry regulations and standards - TJC, OSHA, TDSHS, ASHE, ASHRAE, HIPPA.
* Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance.
What You Will Do:
* DEPARTMENTAL OPERATIONS:
o Supervises, coordinates, and assigns work activities for maximum efficiency, administration of computerized work order management system (AIMS), manages the PM program, schedules and prioritizes personnel and activities, communicates effectively with manager and director, coordination of activities with other departments, when necessary, maintenance of proper documentation, and management of the EOC activities as required.
* HUMAN RESOURCES/STAFF MANAGEMENT:
o Implement effective staffing organization for maximum benefit, create and measure staff productivity, administration of hospital policies, evaluations completed on time, maintains time and payroll procedures and records, monitor appropriate staff conduct and attire, monitor staff attendance, provide strong leadership attributes.
* FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:
o Management and adherence to departmental budgets, maintain proper inventories, follow purchasing procedures, control costs.
* SATISFACTION/CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
o Develop and implement positive attitudes toward customers and staff, develop tools and measurements for customer service metrics, participate with other hospital departments in customer service programs, provide effective communication to staff and customers.
* SAFETY/REGULATORY/CODE COMPLIANCE:
o Trains and informs employees of proper safety methods, new work procedures, safety requirements, work policies and regulatory guidelines. Administer employee and patient safety protocols and maintain documentation.
