Financial Analyst – Channel Finance Support
Experience Level: Intermediate (2+ years)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Channel Finance team. This role focuses on streamlining accounting processes, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting enterprise initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and provide insights that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update departmental standard operating procedures
+ Identify and implement performance metrics and process improvements
+ Automate and streamline accounting workflows
+ Analyze and document proposed changes to systems and processes
+ Resolve general ledger issues and provide recommendations
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional enterprise projects
+ Train accounting partners on system/process changes and provide ongoing support
+ Assist with monthly dashboards, data cleansing, and validation
+ Support closing and reconciliation activities as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
+ 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
+ Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI)
+ Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
+ Open to learning new technologies and systems

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
