We're heading in one direction, the future. We’d love you to join us.

    The opportunity.

The PMO function is the operational backbone of our Professional Services team — connecting delivery, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution across projects.

As our PMO Coordinator, you’ll support the Regional PMO Lead in driving operational excellence, resource planning, and project coordination.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that teams are equipped with the right resources, processes run efficiently, and project data remains accurate and up to date — all within a supportive, collaborative, and hybrid working environment.

    What you’ll be doing.

    Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

+ Act as a key liaison between Delivery Teams, Project Managers, and PMO leadership within your region.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project coordination.

+ Support cross-functional meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

+ Help align project and resource priorities with business objectives.

    Project Coordination & Process Excellence

+ Support the PMO Regional Lead in maintaining and improving PMO tools, processes, and documentation.

+ Ensure accurate and timely updates in systems such as Kimble/Kantata and maintain data integrity for Power BI dashboards and timesheets.

+ Assist with financial tracking and reporting, ensuring projects stay within budget and follow governance protocols.

+ Work closely with finance and delivery teams to monitor progress, flag risks, and support informed decision-making.

+ Help identify and implement small process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across teams.

    Resource Planning & Optimisation

+ Support regional resource planning activities — tracking team capacity, utilisation, and demand forecasting.

+ Assist with resource assignments, conflict resolution, and coordination of project staffing needs.

+ Ensure up-to-date visibility of resource availability across regions.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management practices.

    Requirements

    What you’ll bring.

+ Previous experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, or administration, ideally within a project-based or professional services environment.

+ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

+ An interest in resource planning, scheduling, or capacity management, with some exposure to these areas being a plus.

+ Basic financial awareness and confidence working with numbers — experience supporting budget tracking or cost reporting would be an advantage.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across different teams.
