Job Description:

+ Generate reflow profile to support CCA production as well as rework

+ Create SPI, Jet printer, Pick & Place and AOI programming

+ Perform first article and AOI debug

+ Provide necessary SMT training to Manufacturing Technician

+ Support manufacturing floor to meet program schedule

+ Set-up and utilize SMT Kit management tools such as MyCenter and Mycronic Tower

Qualifications:

+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

+ Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

+ Knowledge with surface mount technologies.

+ Experience in programming and troubleshooting SMT line automation equipment, including Screen Printer, Jet Printer, Pick & Place, SPI, AOI, reflow profiler, etc.

+ Familiar with IPC/EIA J-STD-001C.

+ Working knowledge of all SMT assembly and inspection processes.

+ Working knowledge of PCB CAD data and equipment programming software, and databases.

+ Familiar with Agile and MyCenter database

+ Knowledge of electronic assembly process

+ Excellent communication, Ability to read and interpret technical drawing

+ Self-motivated with the ability to involve and engage others

+ Familiarity with various computing environments (LINUX/Windows)

+ Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop policies and guidelines for a technical environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $73,000 - $135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
