Summary
This position leads and supports complex HR initiatives internally and across our client base. Requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive changes at all levels. This role acts as a trusted advisor to our clients and other consultants providing expert guidance on organizational development, talent management, compliance and workforce planning.
Additionally, it serves as the primary client contact and is responsible for the expansion of and retention of clients.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with clients to understand, diagnose, and provide effective solutions to meet a clients’ short and long-term needs, providing services in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
+ Provides expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including organizational design and development, HR compliance and planning, employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution, talent acquisition and succession planning, and workforce development and planning.
+ Provides interim HR support at a senior level, which may include managing client and/or internal team members to effectively deliver HR services based on client needs.
+ Design and deliver training programs as needed.
+ Conduct HR assessments to assist organizations for best practice of HR function, structure, alignment.
+ Analyze HR metrics and provide insight to improve workforce effectiveness.
+ Supervise and coach HR consultants and client HR team(s).
+ Collaborate with other consultants and/or with client cross functional teams to enhance team member engagement and culture.
+ Build dynamic, constructive, profitable relationships with current and prospective clients in order to close on initial business or expand client relationships.
+ May assist in creating client proposals and engage in relationship building through appropriate networking and client development activities.
+ Consistently builds on their personal “brand” as well as Human Resource consulting brand by (among other things), delivery quality and value, appropriately balancing the firm’s and clients’ needs.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position typically has supervisory responsibilities for staff, on client engagements and frequently acts as the team lead on projects and provides performance feedback as appropriate.
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Minimum of 8+ experience in HR including leadership role(s) and/or HR consulting
+ Must have proven experience in influencing at a senior level – e.g., working with business owners and/or C-suite.
+ Proven track record in strategic HR planning & execution.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR systems, and best practices.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to make impactful presentations.
+ “Expert” in a specific HR discipline, e.g., organizational development, HR compliance, etc. including the ability to coach, guide and teach.
+ Industry specific knowledge in one or more of the following – financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in HR analytics tools and platforms as well as Microsoft Office suite products to develop meaningful HR reports and dashboards.
Preferred Education and Experience
+ SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or similar certification. Experience with a variety of HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management, etc. systems

The salary range for this position is included below. Pay Range:
Pay From: 150,000 to 165,000
