About the role

As a Business Analysis, you will make an impact by leading strategic business analysis initiatives and driving solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the analysis and design of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions to meet business objectives.

+ Provide expert guidance on Annuities Claim Management to optimize processes and outcomes.

+ Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop detailed business cases.

+ Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in Lutz, Florida. What you need to have to be considered

+ 12–16 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.

+ Strong technical background in Pega with proven implementation experience.

+ Expertise in Annuities Claim Management.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to develop business cases and project plans.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

These will help you stand out

+ Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or equivalent certification.

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

+ Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until December 05, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
