Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Product Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Enterprise Architect and demonstrate proficiency in English. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams to drive architectural excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

+ Oversee the integration of architectural solutions to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

+ Provide expert guidance on product lifecycle management to enhance product development and delivery processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address architectural challenges and opportunities.

+ Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support decision-making and strategic planning.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in enterprise architecture.

+ Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption where applicable.

+ Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align architectural solutions with stakeholder needs.

+ Monitor and assess the effectiveness of architectural solutions and make improvements as necessary.

+ Support the development of technical roadmaps to guide future architectural initiatives.

+ Communicate architectural vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the architecture team.

+ Utilize strong English language skills to effectively communicate complex architectural concepts.

Qualifications

+ Possess extensive experience in enterprise architecture and product lifecycle management.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in using Enterprise Architect tools and methodologies.

+ Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address architectural challenges.

+ Have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

+ Show a proven track record of successful architectural project delivery.

+ Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
