Special Education Teacher

W2 Contract + Full Benefits

We’re hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide high-quality services to students in grades K–12. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, you’ll support students with diverse learning needs through specialized instruction, tutorial assistance, and collaboration with general education staff.

This is a W2 position, meaning you’ll be employed directly and eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver individualized instruction to students with special needs

+ Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive learning environments

+ Provide consultative support and tutorial services

+ Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student program planning

Employment Type:

+ W2 Contract (not 1099)

+ Full-Time

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred)

+ Valid state teaching certificate (as required by state and district regulations)

+ At least one year of experience in a teaching environment (preferred)
