    Pay Range: $35-$45/hour (based on experience, education and credentials)

     

    Schedule: Full-Time | M–F | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | No nights, weekends, or holidays

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Grade Level: Elementary

     

    Employment Type: In-Person

As a School Social Worker, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide social work interventions and contribute to the development of Individualized Health Plans (IHPs), Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504s. This is a meaningful opportunity to empower students and make a lasting impact.

     

    ? Minimum Requirements

    + Master’s Degree (MSW preferred)

    + Valid Wisconsin DPI School Social Worker License

    + May be required to have LCSW depending on state or facility

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

     
     

    + Experience working with elementary-aged students in school or clinical settings

    + Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

    + Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and family systems

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students and families
