    Behavior Technician – Special Needs Support

     

    Pay: $21–$26/hr (based on experience)

     

    We’re hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to support children and adults with special needs in educational settings. If you’ve got ABA experience and a passion for helping others thrive, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    + Support students in meeting behavioral and academic goals

    + Work closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff

    + Help maintain a structured, positive learning environment

    + Follow behavior intervention plans consistently

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or in ABA

    + 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred

    + CPR certification (if required)

    + TB test or chest x-ray (if required)

    + Must be 18 or older and meet all local, state, and federal guidelines
