    Position Title: School Psychologist On-On Site

     

    Modality: PEL (Professional Educator License)

     

    Grade Levels: K–1st & Early Childhood

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    End Date: End of School Year

    Schedule:

    + Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00/3:15 PM

    + Every other Wednesday until 3:30/4:00 PM for professional development meetings

     

    Hours per Week: 35

     

    Pay Rate: $80/hour

    Position Overview

    The School Psychologist supports students facing mental health and developmental challenges and assists in determining eligibility for additional support services. This role involves providing on-site psychological services to students in accordance with state and district guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct evaluations

    + Implement behavioral management strategies

    + Participate in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)

    + Provide support across a split caseload between a primary school and an early childhood center

    Minimum Requirements

    + Current state licensure/certification in School Psychology

    + Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred)

    + Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations (preferred)

    + Compliance with all relevant professional standards

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
