\n Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a\x26nbsp;Compliance Analyst Level 3 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n A current and active TS\/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n Experience for this role must be performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work, and can also include working in an area directly related to the mission (e.g., collection, intelligence, cybersecurity).<\/span><\/span>

\n

\n <\/div>\n

\n The ideal candidate will be responsible for:<\/span><\/span>

\n <\/div>\n

\n

\n <\/div>\n

\n

+ Providing services to the Compliance Group to ensure the corporation\x27s compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Conducts periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Reports on status and clearance gaps to executive team. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Establishes consistent control framework for all domestic and international subsidiary locations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Coordinates compliance training and initiates changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Continuously monitors, researches and analyzes exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and company operations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Provides guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions\/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.

\n The Level 3 Compliance Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:

\n

\n

+ Apply critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.<\/span>

+ Produce documentation related to compliance incidents or processes.<\/span>

+ Manage compliance incidents, including identifying root causes and assessing impact of incidents.<\/span>

+ Gather information about the legal authorities and obligations to support compliance outcomes.<\/span>

+ Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.<\/span>

+ Use basic office resources, such as e\-mail, Web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics.<\/span>

+ Establish and maintain working relationships and networks with customers, colleagues, partners, and representatives of other agencies.<\/span>

+ Write, edit, and review routine documents (e.g., emails, memoranda, meeting minutes, status reports, and production reports).<\/span>

+ Conduct compliance examination activities using multiple investigative techniques and applying investigative standards, policies, and procedures necessary to make competent investigative determinations.<\/span>

+ Apply policy and compliance standards relevant to the organization\x27s mission.<\/span>

+ Use compliance\-related tools to audit, monitor, and gather oversight and compliance data.<\/span>

+ Train new team members.<\/span>

+ Apply risk management processes.<\/span>

+ Identify and develop appropriate strategies for completing work efficiently.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\n

\n

+ A current and active TS\/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.

+ A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management and Information Technology) from an accredited college or university is required.

+ Eight (8) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or Five (5) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree.\x26nbsp;

+ Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree for a total of Ten (10) years.<\/span><\/span>
