Behavior Technician – Monday to Friday Schedule
We're looking for a dependable Behavior Technician to support children and adults with special needs. This role focuses on helping clients meet educational and behavioral goals through structured support and collaboration with school staff and behavioral specialists.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with implementing educational and behavioral programs
+ Work directly with clients to support learning and development
+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB screening: questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years old
