    As an Assembler - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers.

     

    You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on an on-site work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the production line by effectively assembling components, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.

    + Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product integrity.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly workflows and meet production targets.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.

    + Knowledge of assembly techniques and quality control processes.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly machinery.

    + Understanding of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
