    Position Description

    As a Hardware Support Specialist, you\u2019ll play an important role in supporting and maintaining our automated parts delivery robot. You\u2019ll work closely with customers and on-site technicians to ensure our technology operates efficiently and reliably.In this role, you will:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software components.- Respond to support calls, identify and resolve technical issues, and document findings and solutions.- Assist customers with operational concerns and environmental factors that may affect performance.- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.You\u2019ll also have opportunities to:- Evaluate product updates and offer recommendations to enhance system performance and reliability.- Develop and update support documentation to improve troubleshooting efficiency.- Assist with repair and maintenance of robotic units used in production and quality testing environments.Additionally, you\u2019ll travel to customer sites to perform installations, deliver hands-on training, and support both customers and internal staff in learning to operate the automated parts delivery robot.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and hands-on work with innovative hardware.

     

    Training

    Requirements

    At least 2 years of experience in computer systems, robotics, technical support, or a related technical field~^~Associate\u2019s degree or higher in a technical discipline~^~Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone~^~Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities~^~Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills~^~Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years
