    Job Description

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Lead a multi-year cybersecurity program (kicked off last month) in partnership with KPMG and vendors like SailPoint and Zscaler

    • Act as the top-level PM with visibility across the entire program, coordinating with other PMs

    • Drive execution of project management fundamentals:

    • Develop and maintain project plans, vendor logs, and status reports

    • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

    • Communicate effectively with technical directors and leads

    • Manage vendor relationships and navigate high-pressure situations

    • Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, account handling, and modernization efforts

    • Proactively align and communicate with leadership on a daily basis

    Key Skills & Attributes

    • Proven track record as a successful project/program manager in cybersecurity

    • Strong technical understanding of IAM tools and AD environments

    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Ability to manage vendors and deliver under pressure

    • Familiarity with Waterfall methodology; Kanban/Agile experience is a plus

     

    Hourly Pay Range: $65-70

    Skills and Requirements

    • Cybersecurity expertise with strong IAM background

    • Hands-on experience with SailPoint implementation (priority) and Zscaler (upcoming)

    • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (currently leveraged)

    • Ability to set up dashboards and manage data in Excel

    • Exposure to Smartsheet • Hospitality industry background

    • Familiarity with I1 browser
