Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an HR Administrator to play a critical role in driving organizational growth by integrating learning initiatives into broader HR strategies. This individual collaborates closely with key Human Resources partners to align talent development with company goals and project manages core talent management processes, including performance management cycles and succession planning. They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with external vendors to source and implement innovative learning solutions, and they lead weekly new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, they develop and distribute weekly development content to employees across the firm. A key component of this role involves overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), UKG ProLearning. This includes managing course creation, automated assignments based on employee demographics, tracking leave-related adjustments, and generating reports for internal teams such as audit and compliance. The pay rate ranges $30-$35/hr based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or similar roles within a dynamic and global organization.
• Demonstrated success in designing and managing talent programs.
• Proficiency with UKG Pro learning
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and data analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
