    JOB SUMMARY

    Join ITC Holdings for our Summer 2026 Internship Program and gain valuable experience supporting business objectives while gaining practical and real-world capability through challenging work assignments.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Summarize filings made in regulatory proceedings and orders issued by regulatory authorities, with a focus on impact to the Company

    + Research state and regional policies related to the electric transmission industry.

    + Provide support to the regulatory team’s advocacy efforts on transmission policy initiatives.

    + Develop an understanding of the Company’s key initiatives and identify regulatory issues of interest to the Company

    REQUIREMENTS

    + Entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year at a 4 year college or university.

    + Substantial coursework in one or more of the following: accounting, finance, economics, business, political science, engineering

    + Interest in public policy and regulation of the utility industry

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and convey complex information clearly, concisely, and effectively

    + Logical approach to problem solving and the ability to thoroughly research issues and analyze various types of information

    + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete the work necessary to meet deadlines

    + Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    + Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. ITC does not sponsor employment visas, such as H-1B or TN visas.
