Company description
Hi there! We’re Razorfish. We’ve been leading the marketing industry with our digital expertise since the start of the internet. But in 2020, we did a full reboot. What’s different? It all starts with people. Weird, wonderful, complex people - with diverse backgrounds in strategy, creative and technology. But no matter how different we are, we all have one thing in common. We believe our differences are our strength. So we push for inclusion, challenge convention and bring in new perspectives, to inspire new ideas. Because when we connect by understanding what makes people different, we can create unforgettable experiences that enrich lives. Join us at razorfish.com.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand creative concepts across all stages of the funnel.
+ Lead visual execution across integrated channels including print, digital, social, and broadcast media.
+ Concept and execute for both high-level brand campaigns and more nuanced, product-specific initiatives—especially in CRM and social.
+ Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
+ Ensure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
+ Stay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practices.
+ Provide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the team.
+ Bring a strong aesthetic sensibility to UX/UI design, ensuring digital experiences are both functional and beautiful.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in art direction or design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality design across social, digital (including CRM), and broadcast.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams including strategists, creators, and copywriters.
+ Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
+ Knowledge of regulated industries (e.g., insurance, banking, telco) is a plus, but not required.
+ Attention to detail and a love of craft.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
