As a **Per Diem caregiver,** you’ll enjoy:
+ Competitive hourly pay: **$38.71 – $58.42.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a **Mammography Technologist** , you’ll help deliver high-quality breast imaging services with empathy and precision. Your work will support early detection and diagnosis, empowering patients with critical information about their health.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Performing routine and specialized mammographic procedures
+ Preparing exam rooms and equipment to meet patient and physician needs
+ Educating and supporting patients before and after exams
+ Ensuring safety through ALARA principles and pregnancy screening
+ Maintaining MQSA and ACR standards, including quality control documentation
+ Collaborating with physicians and team members to optimize imaging outcomes
What You Bring
We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate technologist who thrives in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Required qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
+ ARRT certification in Radiography (required upon hire)
+ ARRT Mammography certification (required within 6 months)
+ Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
+ PACS/RIS knowledge
