    Overview

     

    We’re searching for an Account Executive who can carry cross-channel marketing programs to fruition and assist Managers in rolling out client deliverables. You’ll work in conjunction with senior leadership, leveraging your communication and marketing knowledge to enhance innovative campaigns.

     

    The Account Executive partners with Account and Program Management counterparts who are collectively responsible for the finished product/service – from the creation of comprehensive project plans to the process of submissions for regulatory and client reviews.

    Responsibilities

    + Partners with Program Management to plan and initiate projects and campaigns across a variety of marketing channels with cross-functional agency teams

    + Knowledgeable of client’s business, brand, economics, customer insights, marketing strategy/channels, and competitive analysis

    + Understands overall program strategy and can articulate objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results for programs

    + Assists in brainstorming creative strategies, test-and-learn plans, offer strategies, and channel and site strategies

    + Acts as day-to-day contact for junior to mid-level clients, with a focus on identifying opportunities and ideas for cross-capability teams to sell new work

    + Manages activities and provides the essential support to build and maintain operations, processes, and timelines for Client deliverables

    + Writes short decks and can get into client-ready state with guidance from team leadership

    + Consolidates client feedback and leads discussion with internal team members

    + Ensures the quality and consistency of deliverables prior to sharing with clients or agency partners

    + Constructs clear, concise, error-free, communications (written and verbal) that provides details required for a specific audience (internal and client), including clear expectations/action requested and relevant implications (i.e., timing, costs, etc.)

    + Begins to lead status meetings

    + Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary

    + Can identify potential financial issues related to the project and escalate appropriately

    + Collaborates with centralized scoping group to develop accurate and informed scopes of work on small to medium-sized projects, including schedules and budges using correct tools (i.e., Adobe Workfront, MS Office Suite, Teams, etc.)

    + Externally, serves as the client’s point person for small conflict resolution; internally, manages direct conversations with cross-functional team members

    Qualifications

    + 1-2 years’ experience, ideally within a healthcare marketing agency

    + Creative agency experience desired

    + Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

    + Familiarity with MS Access and Adobe WorkFront desirable

    + Omni-channel marketing experience

    + Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations

    + Strong time management and organizational skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Outstanding presentation skills especially over within a hybrid environment

    + Fundamental understanding of web development and social platforms

    + Candidate must be open to travel as needed.

    Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
