Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $22 - $25 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Facility Technician:

+ Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas such as bathrooms, staff office, and break rooms

+ Restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas around campus

+ Perform daily cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.

+ Keep corridors and stairwells clear of debris

+ Clean exterior windows

+ Maintain janitor closet and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition

+ Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift

+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Proven experience in maintenance work or another similar position.

+ Knowledge of proper tool use and tool maintenance

+ Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching

+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs., as needed

+ Good hygiene skills are required

+ Background check and drug test required
