Onsite Supervisor

+ Provide daily onsite leadership to Kelly employees and clients, driving exceptional operational performance.

+ Foster strong engagement to boost workplace satisfaction and excellence.

+ Resolve payroll concerns swiftly, partnering with internal teams for timely solutions.

+ Ensure compliance with client processes and contracts, recommending improvements where needed.

Electronic Manufacturing Recruiter

+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical openings such as Electronics Test & Repair Technician, Circuit Tester, and Computer Diagnostic Technician.

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs.

+ Build and maintain strategic recruiting campaigns and relationships.

+ Maintain organized candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Associate Recruiting Coordinator

+ Oversee onboarding activities: registration, screenings, I-9, and background checks.

+ Ensure electronic employee records are accurate and confidential.

+ Provide clear support and training during onboarding.

+ Communicate proactively on onboarding progress and identify improvement opportunities.
