    NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Technical Writer to join our team in Los Angeles, California .

    Job Description:

    Seeking a Technical Writer with a specialization in Network Technology and minors in Data Center operations and Digital Workplace solutions (Collaboration, AV, Contact Center). The ideal candidate has experience in Solution Architecture, RFP Responses, Product Design, and go-to-market strategies, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation. Responsibilities include developing user manuals, technical guides, and proposal content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for diverse audiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders are essential.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Develop and maintain technical documentation** for network, data center, and digital workplace solutions.

    + **Create network graphics and visual representations** of architectures, workflows, and product designs.

    + **Prepare RFP responses** , ensuring technical clarity and persuasive messaging.

    + **Collaborate with Solution Architects** and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into digestible content.

    + **Support product design efforts** by documenting specifications, workflows, and technical requirements.

    + **Develop go-to-market materials** , including white papers, datasheets, and knowledge base articles.

    + **Create content around collaboration tools, AV setups, and contact center solutions** to enhance digital workplace documentation.

    + **Ensure consistency and clarity** in documentation by following industry best practices and style guidelines.

    + **Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams** to refine technical messaging and user-facing content.

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80.00-88.00). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

     

    This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
